Our coaching process involves a series of structured one-on-one conversations between the Coach and Coachee. These conversations help leaders reflect, experiment with new behaviours and apply their learning at work.
Coach, Coachee and Sponsor align on expectations, goals and success measures.
Behavioural tools help leaders better understand their strengths and patterns.
One-on-one sessions focus on real leadership situations and challenges.
Leaders implement action plans and apply learning at work between sessions.
Regular check-ins help review progress and make changes where needed.
