Which will be beneficial for my team - Deep Impact Journeys or Immediate Impact Programs?+

It depends on the impact you wish to create as well as the time available on hand. If you have the scope for deeper work that focuses on creating change, we would definitely recommend our Deep Impact Journeys. However, in case time and/or budgets are a constraint for you at present, then our shorter programs can still help you create some amount of awareness and engagement in your team members.

Which is better for me - Online Programs or Offline Programs?+

We always recommend Offline or even Outbound Programs due to their unmatched effectiveness. However, there may be situations where your participants are scattered across various locations, which makes it difficult and/or expensive to get them all to a single location. In such cases, it may be better to opt for an online session.

What should be the duration of my program?+

It depends upon the topics you are looking at covering as well as the availability of the participants. Once you share the objectives of the training session, we will get back to you with an outline of topics and the duration required to cover each. We can then mutually decide the duration that will be beneficial for the participants.

Which Methodology will you follow while delivering my sessions?+

We use the experiential methodology while delivering training sessions, making it a point to cater to the needs of various types of learners. This includes various interactive activities like Group Discussions, Games, Assessments, Audio-Visuals, Case Studies, etc. Powerpoint presentations are used minimally and more for our visual learners.

What is the ideal Batch Size for my training?+

We recommend a batch size of a maximum of 20 participants for most sessions, whether in the online or offline mode. However, for Team Building sessions we can have your entire team present. Likewise, for sessions like Presentation Skills or English Language, a maximum of 14 participants is recommended.

How will we measure the impact of my training?+

We follow the Kirkpatrick Model for measuring training effectiveness and deploy various tools for the same. Depending upon the maturity of the audience and available resources, we can jointly select the appropriate tool for measuring the impact of your training.
