The company wanted to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers across various divisions, including Manufacturing, Maintenance, R&D, Quality, Plant Engineering and SCM. While these managers excelled as individual contributors, they struggled with leading teams, collaboration and taking ownership of tasks.
Solution
TYS designed a customized Personal Leadership training program to help managers leverage their strengths as people leaders. Key Initiatives:
- A rigorous diagnosis was conducted using questionnaires, on-site visits, observations, one-on-one discussions, and telephonic interviews to understand their roles and challenges.

- A robust 2-day Personal Leadership training module was designed to address these challenges.
